The companies have already taken approx. 850 physical possessions and approx. 1300 symbolic possessions and have handled each situation tactfully without affecting the image of the Banks & FIs.
Adv. Nitin Narang has been providing strategic advisory and consultancy to a large number of industrial groups on debt restructuring within and outside CDR Mechanism, restructuring and reorganization under Insolvency proceedings/BIFR, restructuring and reorganization under the ambit of Indian Companies Act, 2013 & RBI. He has also successfully facilitated winding up proceedings as well as OTS Proposals. He has been doing regular representation work before the Insolvency Court / BIFR as a prominent lawyer on behalf of distressed companies, banks, public sector undertakings, other creditors etc. Adv.
