Adv. Saloni Bahl (Rajasthan High Court)
Ms. Saloni Bahl is a practising advocate at Rajasthan high court and is working as an assistant professor at Jaipur National University, Jaipur. She completed her masters in criminal and security laws from Manipal University in 2017. She pursued her 5-year integrated course of BBA-LLB from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune in 2016. Before joining Jaipur National University, she was associated with a company secretary institute where she taught business and commercial laws. She has presented research papers in various national and international conferences on Air and Space laws and criminal laws. She has published several Research articles in journals on Criminal laws. Apart from academics, being the secretary of Rotaract club, she has been actively involved in social work too. She has been currently studying and working on the status of rights of women prisoners in the state of Rajasthan.
Adv. Abhilash Arun Sapre
Mr. Abhilash Arun Sapre is an Assistant Professor of Law at Alliance University, Bengaluru and currently pursuing Ph.D. from Gujarat National law University, Gandhinagar. He has qualified UGC NTA NET Exam in June of 2020 and MH SET in 2019. He has completed his LLM with Specialization in Constitutional Law from National Law University, Odisha in 2018. He pursued his 5-year integrated course of BALLB from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune in 2016. Before Joining Alliance University in Bengaluru, he was working as an Assistant professor of law in Kalinga University, Raipur. There he took many initiatives such as conducting workshop on Women Rights, Client Counselling Competition, presented paper in National conference and participated in seminars on contemporary issues.
He has published several Research articles in journals on Constitutional and Human Rights.Apart from this he has also published Articles in newspaper editorial and magazines besides possessing several National and International publications he has also volunteered in rural legal awareness campaign. His Prime areas of interest are Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Laws Related to Scheduled Caste and Tribal, Comparative Public Law and Jurisprudence.
